Fiesta of Colours and Tastes at Regent Phu Quoc
Spain comes to the shores of Phu Quoc, Vietnam from 9 to 14 June, as Regent Phu Quoc partners with the Spanish Pantry Festival for a week-long celebration of Spanish cuisine and culture.

Dubbed “An Ode to Spain: A Portrait of Spanish Life and Flavour”, the highlight is a six-hands dinner at the hotel’s Oku restaurant on 12 June 2026, which will see Michelin two-star chefs Javier Olleros (Culler de Pau, Galicia) and Benito Gómez (Bardal, Ronda) joining forces with Oku’s chef de cuisine Andy Huynh for an eight-course tasting menu traversing the flavours of Galicia, Andalusia, and beyond.

Apart from the festivities of the marquee evening, the week will also feature beachfront tapas nights, theatrical paella shows, and masterclasses covering jamón, paella, and Spanish wines.
