The artistic resort in one of Java’s multicultural hubs invites you for a globetrotting culinary journey with a plethora of international cuisines through its latest offering, Sunday Brunch: Flavours of The World, by Semawis All-Day Dining.
The Sunday Brunch offers a tantalising assortment of dishes from America, Europe, the Mediterranean, and Asia— including Indonesia.
Begin your brunch according to your whim and fancy. Succulent American-stye dishes like golden, crisp Roast Beef and Country Terrine with remoulade dipping are yours to savour alongside sides like gherkin, cold cuts, mustard, and a variety of cheeses.These American delights are available at the New York Deli counter.
You can always opt for the crowd favourites like Turkish Kebab or Sicilian Pizza or head to the sashimi corner for sushi and other Japanese delights.
The sashimi corner at the Sunday Brunch: Flavours of The World
The enticing aroma of Terong Balado and Tempe Orek brings you the comfort of an Indonesian home and familiarity amid the lavish presentation. These culinary offerings are available courtesy of the resort’s talented executive chef Marco Braun.
Indulgence is not limited to your taste buds but also the eyes, as the chic modern interiors and the authentic arts and crafts of Semarang is the setting of your enjoyment at Semawis All-Day Dining.
To fully immerse in the experience, guests and diners will receive a ‘passport’ as they enter the restaurant. Missions are being tasked to those with passports to travel to different countries represented by the menus.
“The guests will be asked to collect (different country) stamps as proof of their exploration of the food written on the passport,” explains the chef.
Sunday Brunch: Flavours of The World is available every two weeks starting on 7 May 2023 for Rp328,000/person.
