Breakfast is an a la carte, casual affair. Guests are spoilt with a myriad of tasty nosh, be it the Classic (Egg Benedict), the Modern such as Rise and Shine (waffle and fried chicken, sweet potato crisp and palm sugar syrup), or the Indigenous (Balinese Rice Congee). The lunch and dinner menu feature vibrant Indonesian, Asian and international fare. Highlights include Crispy Soft Shell Crab Nori Taco, Black Ink Fettucine, Backstage Signature Nasi Campur, and Ubud Chocolate Matcha Cake. The resort will open three more dining venues this year. After all, intimate and private (and of course, romantic) weddings are the new normal.
