If you have yet to make any Christmas or New Year plans, The Westin Singapore presents a slew of exciting offerings that you wouldn't want to miss. For starters, you can immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere at the hotel's F&B outlets: Seasonal Taste, Lobby Lounge, Cook & Brew. If you prefer celebrating Christmas in the comfort of your home, why not entertain your guests with The Westin Singapore's takeaway treats from Daily Treats?

Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year at Seasonal Tastes, the Westin's signature dining venue with a decadent Christmas Eve lunch buffet: a Golden Roasted Turkey wrapped in Smoked Bacon, Slow-roasted Striploin with Black Pepper Crust, and a divine Chocolate, Whiskey and Chestnut Yule Log. It gets even more lavish – from dinner on Christmas Eve and all throughout Christmas Day, help yourself to an impressive buffet featuring all kinds of Christmas roasts and fresh seafood like oysters, lobsters, and scallops. A festive meal wouldn’t be complete without endless flutes of champagne – just make sure to leave room for desserts like their Port Wine-poached pears, Chocolate, Whiskey and Chestnut Yule Log, and Vanilla, Raspberry and Pistachio Cheese Yule Log.

The revelry continues with Seasonal Tastes’ New Year’s Eve Dinner, and satiate yourself with delectable dishes such as a slow-roasted prime rib, marmite baked oysters, oyster Rockefeller, and prawn thermidor. Ring in the new year with your nearest and dearest with an copious supply of champagne, beer, or wine.

Have a relaxing time at Lobby Lounge as you relish the Seafood and Champagne afternoon tea, which includes a poached Nova Scotia lobster, freshly shucked oysters served with three sauces, Alaskan king crab with garlic butter, and Christmas fruit cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and macarons. 

$85 (incl. two glasses of Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label) for two or $130 (incl. a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label), for two. 

Cook & Brew, Level 33
Countdown to Christmas with Cook & Brew’s mouthwatering four-course dinner ($78/person; $98/person with a glass of Prosecco)  with a choice of starters and mains including in-house air-dried beef and fig salad, barbeque turkey meatballs, Prince Edward Island Black Mussels.  

Then usher in the New Year with Cook & Brew's new menu highlights. Crafted by executive chef Aaron Foster, the decadent mix of dishes will leave you pumped for more. Highlights include the Nova Scotia Lobster & Avocado Toast topped with Ossetra Caviar ($21), the decadent 1824 Farm’s Australian Beef Flat Iron ($39), and spicy Canadian Prince Edward Island Black Mussels ($30). End the meal with their mouthwatering Strawberry Mousse ($15). Or go indulgent when you opt for their New Year’s Eve Surf + Turf special ($145) which comprises of a whole Nova Scotia Lobster, USDA 365-day Grain-fed Rib Eye plus a bottle of Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks Chardonnay.  


Daily Treats' log cakes

Daily Treats, Level 1 
If your family prefers celebrating Christmas at home, make a stop at Daily Treats and order a festive extravaganza. Must-buys include the beautiful Chocolate Indulgence Yule Log ($67), Vanilla, Raspberry with Pistachio Cheese Yule Log ($65), apple-glazed turkey ($155) served with roasted potatoes, and homemade sausages and pineapple-glazed ham. For more familiar Christmas flavours, go for the Ee-fu Noodles ($75) braised with roast turkey, wild mushrooms, and a touch of truffle oil, or the Canton Wok-fried Claypot Rice ($75) with smoked country ham, assorted seafood, asparagus, and spiced walnuts. Available till 30 December.
