A wealth of Chinese New Year delicacies awaits at the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
Start the year on a prosperous note with the dining offers at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore. Be it a refined meal at Peach Blossoms, a sumptuous feast at AquaMarine, or delightful takeaway goodies for a home feast, there’s a Chinese New Year package for everyone here.
Fancy a tailored reunion meal? Peach Blossoms’ festive à la carte menu (available from 24 January to 8 February) is bound to please, and includes the Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng with Crispy Whitebait and Nashi Pear ($118/10 persons), and the signature Blossoming Abalone Treasure Pot ($388/10 persons). The latter brims with premium delicacies like 10-head whole abalone, roast pork, duck and chicken, sea cucumber and dried oysters.
Alternatively, dine in the solitude of the restaurant’s private rooms, where you can choose between four scrumptious set menus. Of note is the indulgent Harvest menu ($2,888/10 persons), which starts with the Prosperity Yellowtail Yu Sheng, replete with tender sweet shrimp, smoked caviar and Nashi pear. The menu features other decadent dishes like Stewed Japanese Wagyu Beef Oxtail with Fish Maw and Dried Oysters, and Poached Rice with Lobster in a flavourful Imperial Stock. The meal ends on a sweet note with a Chilled Coconut Jelly, served alongside a cutesy Honey Bee-shaped Bird’s Nest Pastry. Set menus are available from 6 January to 8 February.
If you prefer to dine in the comfort of your own home, Peach Blossoms’ takeaway goodies (available from 6 January to 8 February) are a sure-way to cap off a festive spread. Fill the dining table with succulent barbecued meats, festive cookies, or Peach Blossoms’ signatures like the Blossoming Abalone Treasure Pot and Taro and Radish Cake with Preserved Meat in XO Chilli Sauce Nian Gao ($38.80). A must order is the new, and almost too-pretty-to-eat, Wealth Fish Cempedak Nian Gao ($38.80).

If you get the chance, opt for the Chinese New Year’s Eve buffet ($128/person) and you’ll be in for a treat.
