Peach Blossoms’ festive à la carte menu (available from 24 January to 8 February) is bound to please, and includes the Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng with Crispy Whitebait and Nashi Pear ($118/10 persons), and the signature Blossoming Abalone Treasure Pot ($388/10 persons). The latter brims with premium delicacies like 10-head whole abalone, roast pork, duck and chicken, sea cucumber and dried oysters.

Alternatively, dine in the solitude of the restaurant’s private rooms, where you can choose between four scrumptious set menus. Of note is the indulgent Harvest menu ($2,888/10 persons), which starts with the Prosperity Yellowtail Yu Sheng, replete with tender sweet shrimp, smoked caviar and Nashi pear. The menu features other decadent dishes like Stewed Japanese Wagyu Beef Oxtail with Fish Maw and Dried Oysters, and Poached Rice with Lobster in a flavourful Imperial Stock. The meal ends on a sweet note with a Chilled Coconut Jelly, served alongside a cutesy Honey Bee-shaped Bird’s Nest Pastry. Set menus are available from 6 January to 8 February.

The Wealth Fish Cempedak Nian Gao, available for takeaway

If you prefer to dine in the comfort of your own home, Peach Blossoms’ takeaway goodies (available from 6 January to 8 February) are a sure-way to cap off a festive spread. Fill the dining table with succulent barbecued meats, festive cookies, or Peach Blossoms’ signatures like the Blossoming Abalone Treasure Pot and Taro and Radish Cake with Preserved Meat in XO Chilli Sauce Nian Gao ($38.80). A must order is the new, and almost too-pretty-to-eat, Wealth Fish Cempedak Nian Gao ($38.80).

The festive highlights from AquaMarine’s Prosperity Buffet

The Prosperity Buffet (price dependent on date), available from 10 January to 9 February, will be a good fit for those who prefer a more satiating experience. Be sure to pick up a portion of the luxurious Stewed Korean Abalone and the refined Kampong Chicken Ballotine. The former is served on a pillowy egg white ‘cloud’, while the latter is finished with a nourishing collagen herbal broth. Other highlights from the buffet line include the Honey and Soya Glazed Veal Leg, and Mongolian Spiced Shredded Baby Lamb.

If you get the chance, opt for the Chinese New Year’s Eve buffet ($128/person) and you’ll be in for a treat. AquaMarine ups the ante by adding premium dishes to the already impressive buffet lineup, including Grilled Japanese Oyster and Crabmeat Egg ‘Cloud’ on Golden Cracker. The piece de resistance? Pao Fan in Lobster Broth, and a Fortune Bowl of abalone and sea cucumber.
