28 February sees Dominic Whisson, senior bartender at one of the world’s most iconic cocktail bars ̶ American Bar at The Savoy, taking over Tippling Club for an exclusive one-night only event.  Charming his way through an intoxicating evening of Savoy-renowned swigs, Whisson will be celebrating some of London’s most notorious boroughs and showcasing his passion for creating innovative concoctions. Inspired by the hotel’s long-standing history of haute cuisine, Tippling Club’s assistant head chef Ayo Adeyemi will also be pairing five modern interpretations of classic Escoffier creations, attuned to Tippling Club’s playful and progressive gastronomy. $155 for five cocktail pairings with five plates. 38 Tanjong Pagar Road.
