Oishii Japan is back for its fourth edition with a slew of new activities, and we're most excited about the dedicated sake and shōchū showcase, which will feature 36 varieties of Honkaku Shōchū and Awamori Shōchū. Glean tips from experts on how to serve and enjoy the popular Japanese distilled spirit through various workshops and tasting sessions.

As in previous years, you'll be able to sample Japanese delicacies and check out the latest in Japanese innovation, brought to you by almost 300 exhibitors from 42 out of Japan's 47 prefectures.
 
This week (until 24 October) is also your last chance to enjoy special menus at selected Japanese restaurants across the island, such as Shin Kushiya, Tburu, Lewin Terrace and IKYU.
 
Trade: 22-23 October, 10am to 5.30pm (free admission if pre-registered online, $20 for on-site registration)
Public: 24 October, 11am to 4.30pm ($4 admission, free for children 12 years and below)
