Shen Tan plays masak masak at New Ubin Seafood
She recently slinged out bak chor mee pasta at The Refinery for brunch, now chef Shen Tan is bringing her same flavourful brand of mod-Sin cuisine to New Ubin Seafood on 19 August.
The Aporkalypse Menu is SG50-leaning as well as a tribute to the humble pig so expect plenty of local foods with calorie counts that fly out the window: sweet potato-lard doughnut ice cream sandwich, hae mee noodles made with carabinero prawns and smoked pork collar, bak zhang pie, and pork laksa dip with deep fried chee cheong fun fritters.
