Apart from a free flow of Veuve Cliquot champagne, you’ll also tuck into an elegant five-course dinner with dishes like Le Homard, Maine lobster on delicate guacamole with baby vegetables and turmeric oil. The bubbly will take you right through to dessert, a tropical offering of papaya and guava. $138, 6pm to 8.30pm, Wednesdays only.
