It’s always a special treat when a guest chef is in town. From 4 to 6 June, there’ll be not one but three acclaimed chefs from the Luxury Collection Hotels in Paris, San Francisco and India to take diners on a sojourn through their cuisines and coveted properties.

What: Epicurean Journeys: An Evening in Paris with Stephanie Le Quellec
Details: The executive chef who led her restaurant La Scene in Prince de Galles, Paris to its first Michelin star, Stephanie Le Quellec will display her signature style marked by measured precision and sophisticated simplicity. The six-course menu will feature her notable Farm Egg, with acidulated egg yolks, green asparagus and morel with yellow wine.

What: Epicurean Journeys: Exploring the Grand Cuisines of India with Manjit Gill
Details: For the first time in Singapore, corporate chef Manjit Gill from ITC Hotels Luxury Collection India brings diners the famed cuisine of Bukhara and Dum Pukht, both featured prominently on Asia’s and the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list respectively. The showcase will unveil secrets of the ancient art of tandoor, with prime meats marinated with the choicest of spices and slow roasted in traditional clay ovens.

What: Epicurean Journeys: Uncovering the Fresh Tastes of California with Jesse Llapitan
Details: For a taste of fresh Californian cuisine underscored by farm fresh produce and the best of San Francisco’s artisanal ingredients, look to Jesse Llapitan’s dishes. The executive chef of The Palace in San Francisco recreates the regal splendour of the property’s legendary dining room with creations like Artichoke Veloute, Black Angus Beef Short Ribs, and Ahi Tuna Tartare with the famous Green Goddess Dressing that is said to be invented at The Palace, way back in 1923.
