Michelin-trained Chef Louis Pacquelin, a protégé of the legendary Alain Ducasse, joins Pullman Jakarta Indonesia for two exclusive dining experiences that promise to captivate the city’s gourmands. With a background forged in Michelin-starred kitchens, Chef Pacquelin has developed a distinctive culinary voice that blends the precision of classical French technique with bold global influences, particularly from Asia. His philosophy reimagines the French brasserie for today’s diners, where familiar flavours are playfully transformed into innovative creations. Among his signature dishes is the Croque Prata, a witty reinvention of the Croque Monsieur that draws inspiration from Singapore’s vibrant street food while maintaining the elegance of French finesse.

The first of his special appearances takes place on Saturday, 11 October at UNA Private Venue, perched on the 15th floor of the Pullman tower.
