Taking place on 29 August 2026, the collaborative dinner brings together Chef Juan Carlos of TENKAI and Chef Daijiro of Takumi, each renowned for their distinct approach to Japanese cuisine. While TENKAI is celebrated for its vibrant Nikkei identity – where Japanese precision meets the bold flavours of Peru – Takumi presents a more refined expression of traditional Japanese fine dining. The result is a menu that balances creativity with restraint, allowing each culinary philosophy to shine while complementing the other.
Guests can expect an evening that journeys through a diverse selection of dishes, from the bright acidity of Mixto Ceviche to the comforting richness of Wagyu Chahan, alongside elegant bites such as Aburi Beef Nigiri and the intriguingly indulgent Smoked Salmon Carbonara.
