If you like Italian food infused with a modern touch, then mark your calendars. On 4 December, executive chef Luca Fantin of Bvlgari’s Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin in Tokyo, no. 28 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018 list will be in Bali for an exciting Four Hands collaboration with Locavore’s chef-owner Eelke Plasmeijer.

The renowned chef will show showcase his interpretation of contemporary Italian cuisine inspired by the Island of the Gods. Fantin’s dishes will showcase Balinese produce done modern Italian way.
