Countdown to 2018 in style at CasCades Restaurant, complete with a nine-course dinner.

CasCades's executive chef, Nic Vanderbeeken, has launched a celebratory nine-course dinner (USD350 per person) especially for this occasion. First, toast the final night of 2017 with a glass of bubbly, before enjoying a refreshing appetiser – Heirloom Tomato, served with beetroot, watermelon and drizzled with lemon basil oil. Among the other highlights is an indulgent Westholme Wagyu with shiitake marmalade and red wine reduction.
