Countdown to 2017 in style with MÉTIS Bali

MÉTIS’ executive chef, Dove Sudarsana, has launched a celebratory three-course dinner (Rp 1,450,000/USD108 per person) for the occasion. First, toast the final night of 2016 with a glass of Domaine Chandon or champagne cocktail. The decadent dinner starts with a choice of six appetisers, which includes their signature pan-seared foie gras drizzled with port and raspberry reduction, baked Chilean scallops topped with salmon roe and Japanese seaweed salad, and Saffron Mussels Soup. For mains, choose between six other options such as the Pan-seared Australian Black Angus Tenderloin, and Baked Red Pepper and Kale Cabbage Roll.
