Guests joined Chef Tom as he guided them through the creation of three exquisite dishes: Soy Marinated Tuna Tartare, Bulgogi Beef Skewers, and Frozen Lemon Yoghurt Mousse. The Tiger Prawn Risotto was luxuriously embellished with a velvety courgette puree and an addition of pistachios, offering a delightful crunch and a subtle nuttiness that perfectly complements the richness of the prawns. A delicate drizzle of crème fraîche added a touch of lusciousness, enveloping the palate in pure indulgence.
Behold the Charcoaled Wagyu, an extraordinary creation that showcased a tender slice of Wagyu, seared to perfection, adorned with delectable shiitake mushrooms, and enticing the palate with its umami-rich depths. A captivating whisky glaze lended a touch of opulence, while parsnip noodles provide a delightful textural contrast.
