Whether you stay at the One-Bedroom Ocean Cliff Villa or the three-bedroom Mansion, rest assured that good food is part of your experience during your stay. Led by the recently appointed executive chef Stefano Artosin and his talented team, find two exceptional gastronomic destinations to dine, drink and be merry during this festive season.
Ensconced within the resort, the restaurant is situated at the edge of a cliff where you can see the ocean touches the sky. Sangkar’s menu encompasses a myriad of Italian, Indonesian, and Asian-inspired fare in an elegant setting that invites you to leisurely dine and linger. With an intimate al fresco and indoor seating, the restaurant effortlessly transforms into two different ambiences for day and night. Artosin and his team have prepared a four-course La Vigilia di Natale dinner on 24 December and Brunch di Natale buffet feast on 25 December.
Starting at 6pm, the Italian Christmas Eve dinner offers delectable dishes such as Carpaccio di Capesante (Scallop carpaccio, crustacean vinaigrette), Risotto al Tartufo with porcini mushroom and shaved fresh truffle, Vitello Arrosto (rack of veal, morel, truffle sauce), and the classic Bvlgari Bali Panettone. Each dish is exceptionally paired with predominantly Italian wine like Antinori Cervaro della Sala 2013 and Luccarelli Il Bacca Primitivo di Manduria 2016.
Don’t miss the iconic Bvlgari brunch on Christmas Day, from 11am to 3pm. The festive buffet brunch offers an exciting array of food and drinks to celebrate the joyous occasion. Find various stations, from a Mozzarella Bar to a Seafood and Oyster Bar, to satisfy your cravings. With live entertainment from a saxophonist and a DJ, indulge in Christmas Turkey, Dry Aged Prime Rib, Grilled Pork Short Ribs, and make sure to leave room for dessert.
Bid farewell to 2021 by joining the Gala di Capodanno on 31 December. Celebrate the special evening with Italian bubbles, live jazz performance, and exceptional Degustazione di Capodanno menu. Start the feast by joining the New Year’s Aperitivo at Il Bar with one hour of Italian bubbles and canapé. Find Tartara, Raviolini Cacio e Pepe, Filetto Rossini, and Soufflé to power you until the midnight countdown.
For three days only (28 until 30 December), Il Ristorante is exclusively open and ready to serve you with its distinctive interpretation of contemporary Italian cuisine. Inspired by locally sourced seasonal ingredients, the chef and his team have curated a degustation menu, Il Ristorante Italiano.
The seductive ambience of the dramatically dark and elegant restaurant is where you will taste dishes such as Acciughe, Fagottini al Formaggio Fresco, and Ganascino al Marsala (double-braised Wagyu beef cheek, bread fruit, morels, Marsala jus. Italian wine pairing is available.
