Seminyak’s iconic beachfront restaurant is back and ready to cook up a storm. With its romantic al fresco wooden deck seating and stunning sunset, Breeze at The Samaya Seminyak is a dining destination par excellence for your romantic evening of wine and dine. Led by executive chef Surya Perdana, the menu highlights the best ingredients from the archipelago and beyond, showcasing a command of globally-inspired flavour and techniques.

For one-night only, the restaurant hosts a special dinner curated by Indonesia’s talented chefs and sommelier. The four-course wine-paired dinner features The Samaya Seminyak’s executive chef Surya Perdana, Blanco par Mandif’s chef patron Mandif Warroka, K Club Ubud’s executive chef Arief Wicaksono, and a guest sommelier who is also the chairman of Bali Sommelier Association, Kurniawan Eko Putro.

Starting at 6pm, expect delectable wine pairings with dishes such as Foie Gras Terrine, Warm Smoked Duck Breast, Pumpkin Ravioli, Beetroot; Beef Blade Crown, Squash Sphere with Foie Gras, Onion Soubise, Autumn Vegetables; and a homage to the local rice wine, Brem Panna Cotta. Putro has prepared a selection of white and red wines as well as rum to enhance the dining experience, from a Deakin Estate Viognier 2018 to a Mitolo Serpico Cabernet Sauvignon 2018.
