Uni Gallery offers a seven-course Pamper your Mum menu ($88) featuring the best of their air-flown sashimi and ocean gems, sourced globally from Japan, Canada and the U.S. Hokkaido snow crab, Siberian caviar and uni are some of the treats you can expect on the menu, alongside hot dishes such as Grilled Hamachi Collar and Innaniwa Udon.
