Celebrate 10 years of gastronomic delight with The White Rabbit’s decadent five-course dinner menu.
It’s been 10 years since The White Rabbit, housed in a restored chapel in Dempsey, first opened its doors and the space still retains its old-world charm. To celebrate the award-winning restaurant’s 10th anniversary, head chef Benjamin Tan has collaborated with founding head chef Daniel Sia to create an exclusive five-course dinner menu ($108/person, $176/person with wine pairing) for the month of September and October.
This dinner will showcase new and contemporary dishes as wellloved signatures, such as the Salt-baked Beetroot Medley (paired with their in-house Gin &Tonic), the decadent Gnocchi de Pemme de Terre, served with King Edward potatoes, ligh truffle jus and topped with shaved seasonal truffle; and the popular Ibérico Pork Collar paired with sauerkraut, fried potatoes and drizzled with spiced jus. 39C Harding Road.
