A Luxurious Homecoming
Hua Ting, 7-10pm
Led by Hong Kong master chef Chung Lap Fai, Hua Ting presents an indulgent 10-course traditional Cantonese dinner. Highlights include the Empress Chicken Drumstick Flambé with black truffle and wild fungus. $128/person.
The Macallan Lunch at OSO Ristorante
OSO Ristorante, 12-2.30pm
Dive deep into the world of Macallan with OSO Ristorante’s six-course pairing menu. Tuck into creations like the Foie Gras Crème with Whisky reduction served with The Macallan 12 Years Double Cask. Price to be released at a later date.

Join Julien Royer as he recreates French culinary maestro, Paul Bocuse’s creations in an exquisite five-course dinner. It includes the famed Soupes Aux Truffes ‘Vge’, a dish made in 1975 for the French President. $388/person

Tamarind Hill will be presenting more than 25 authentic spicy Thai creations. Expect classics such as Som Tam (green papaya salad), Tom Yum Goong (creamy red tom yum with prawns) and Hoi Malaeng Puu Tort (Thai-style mussel omelette). $89/person
