Three Michelin-starred chef Santi Santamaria reunites with three executive chefs from his restaurants around the world for a special one-night only dinner at SANTI.

Come 1 November, culinary maestro Santi Santamaria will lead a team of his executive chefs for a special one-night only dinner at SANTI—his restaurant at Marina Bay Sands. The first Catalan chef to receive the three-Michelin-star accolade, Santamaria will be joined by Daniel Chavez, who helms SANTI in Singapore; Ivan Sola Baquero, executive chef of Can Fabes in Catalonia; and Ismael Alegria Garcia who heads the kitchen at one Michelin-starred EVO in Barcelona. Guests can expect an 11-course menu (including two desserts) showcasing Santamaria’s artistry with white truffles, Alaskan king crab, jade abalones, Ibérico ham and Japanese tuna belly.
