Nestled in a quiet, lush part of Dempsey Hill, the stylish detached black and white La Ventana was the venue for epicure’s Christmas masterclass. Michelin-starred chef Carles Gaig’s first international venture outside of Spain, La Ventana is home to an extensive menu of classic Catalan dishes, some of which have been within his family for generations.
