Min Jiang’s new Prosperity Specials are teeming with the season’s finest produce. Crafted by master chef Chan Hwan Kee, Joy of Abundance ($298) is a luxe stew showcasing eel maw stuffed with dace fish paste, abalones, dried oysters, dried scallops and black moss. Complete the meal with signature stalwarts like the Claypot Reunion Rice ($78), topped with preserved Chinese pork sausages, waxed duck leg and pork belly, or Prosperity Sea Treasures in Wooden Pot ($368), pen cai with seafood, homemade roast pork and mushrooms.
