WHAT: Nelson Li, the Peranakan culture adviser from the hit television series, The Little Nyonya, will serve as the guest chef, lending his traditional recipes to dishes like ayam buah keluak and curry assam fish, from 11 August to 9 September.

WHAT: Three chefs from the Malaysian state—chef Chew Soon Hock (a famous nonya kueh maker), and Tan Jake Boh and Lim Thow Siong (Golden Sands Resort) — have been invited to dish up favourites like chap chye and huat kueh (sweetened, steamed rice cakes made with palm wine).
