From now until 31st December 2020, indulge in Kwee Zeen's signature Sunday Champagne Brunch with the new tower brunch edition.

Tagged to be even bigger, better and bolder, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa’s latest brunch offerings at Kwee Zeen restaurant comprise of The Ultimate Sunday Champagne Brunch over a three-tower indulgence. Choose from either the Petit Tower ($158++/serves 2 to 3 diners) or the Grandiose Tower ($298++/serves 4 to 5 diners), with the latter being ideal for a small family.

Wash down the 12 noon to 3pm feasting with free-flowing Taittinger ($68++/diner for two hours; $88++/diner for three hours).

Start the first course with the stunning Seafood Bucket, which comes brimming with Oysters Fine de Claire, Poached Tiger Prawn and Boston Lobsters. Continue the feasting with other tantalising local heritage beauties such as the piquant Chili Crab Bun with Fresh Coriander, Grilled Piri-Piri Prawn Skewer, Tandoori Marinated Spring Chicken, Rosti Potato, Lemongrass-Scented Hainanese Chicken Rice Ball, Beef Rendang Sliders with homemade cucumber salad, and Black Angus ribeye.

The second tier or the second course comprises nibbles such as a selection of cheese; a charcuterie platter including mortadella, rosette salami, coppa ham and spicy chorizo; house-cured salmon; frittata and sourdough with avocado. You can even elevate your brunch experience by adding on caviar ($30 for 30g; $60 for 60g).

Finally, end with the third course of decadent desserts, which include homemade pancakes with bananas and chocolate sauce; burnt cheesecake; and dark chocolate and macadamia tart among others.
