A timeless Christmas with Lawry’s The Prime Rib

Get ready for some classic pampering at the American steakhouse.

Fans of Lawry’s The Prime Rib know they can always look forward to luscious cuts of roast beef slow-roasted on rock salt and carved from the restaurant’s silver carts. The American-style steakhouse first opened in Singapore in 1999 and has continued to impress diners with its 21-day aged USDA Prime Rib of Beef. This festive season, diners can savour a sumptuous six-course Christmas set menus ($169-189/person on Christmas Eve, $139/person on Christmas Day) that will include this signature.

Both set menus focus on seafood as the starters: Ocean Gems Fresh Chilean Scallop, and Foie Gras with Baby Octopus or Smoked Salmon. For mains, the signature USDA Prime Rib of Beef will be served alongside roasted sliced turkey and smoked turkey ham, complete with chestnut stuffing and cranberry sauce. If beef and turkey aren’t your fancy, choose the buttery Boston Lobster Tail or Grilled Kurobuta Pork Collar.

Lawry’s will also be offering a New Year’s Eve Celebration Menu ($179-199/person). The six-course menu will include an extensive range of dishes, from Smoked Duck Breast with Peach, to Corn-fed Hen Consomme with Spinach Stuffed Ravioli and Angel Hair Pasta, to Smoked Salmon and Chicken Gyoza. End the meal on a sweet note with a Velvet Chocolate Molten Lava Cake.
