Master chef Milind Sovani’s new regional Indian cuisine menu
The Song of India showcases Punjabi and Sindhi cuisine as a buffet menu ($35 per person) from 19 June to August, as part of Chef Milind’s Regional Indian Cuisine Series 2010. Choose from various menu sections like soup, vegetarian and non-vegetarian starter, main course and dessert. Known for their huge selection of vegetarian dishes with robust flavours, Punjab’s national dish – tempered mustard leaves and whole corn flour bread ranks as a must-try on the menu. There will also be a live cooking station that will prepare teppan lamb liver and lamb mince. What’s more, the chef has also created the menu for pairing with the premium Swiss beers that are available as an additional free-flow option ($15).
