epicure is looking for like-minded foodies to share photos of their favourite restaurant dishes in Singapore or any part of the world. Tell us why you like the dish that you have selected and we will post your entry and photo(s) online.
Three of the best looking photos will be selected each month. The closing date for entries is 12 November. This month’s winners will each receive Taittinger Champagne Gift Packs worth $216 each.
The La Francaise Brut from top champagne house Taittinger, is marked by a high proportion of Chardonnay grapes to yield refined flavours of fragrant berry and hints of stone fruit underscored by warm, toasty notes. Punctuated by extremely fine, persistent bubbles, this coruscating bubbly is produced from select Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown in the finest microclimates of Champagne’s viticultural area.
