Part of Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort’s new destination dining concept Dine on 3, Casserole offers communal meals with Moroccan, Indian, Southeast Asian and Western specialities. For a burst of North African flavours, hearty portions of Atlas Lamb Tagine, infused with the quintessential ras el hanout mix of spices, saffron of honey, are served with chef Mansour Benali’s fluffy homemade couscous. Benali, who hails from Casablanca, doles out more signatures in ‘A Night in Morocco’ with set menus that start from $35 per person (only valid on Fridays and Saturdays).
The Indian kitchen showcases a varied repertoire of regional signatures paired with spiced pulao rice, including a Goan Fish Curry made with tender snapper in a piquant tomato and tamarind gravy. A compact list of Asian and Western casseroles such as Braised Pork Knuckles and Beef Bourguignon are also available with jasmine rice and mashed potatoes as accompaniments. Opens daily from 6pm to 10pm. 101 Siloso Road, Sentosa. Tel: 6371 1971
epicure magazine reserves the rights to publicise the participant’s name, picture(s) and name of the restaurant in print and online. Only winners will be notified. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence on the decision will be entertained.
