epicure is looking for like-minded foodies to share photos of their favourite restaurant dishes in Singapore or any part of the world. Tell us why you like the dish that you have selected and we will post your entry and photo(s) online.
Three of the best looking photos will be selected each month. The closing date for entries is on 12 April. This month’s winners will each win Ash & Elm dining vouchers worth $200 each.
InterContinental Singapore’s European dining restaurant, Ash & Elm, boasts a skylight canopy that allows natural light to stream into the dining area, illuminating polished crystal chandeliers, exotic butcher-block worktops and plush leather chairs. Here, you can indulge in the new semi-buffet lunch that features a spread of signature dishes presented over three culinary theatres: the Charcuterie & Cheese Room, Wood-Fired Oven, and Charcoal Grill. Diners also have the option of topping up the lunch with one of the five hearty main courses offered – fish, chicken, steak, flatbread and pasta. Choose from a selection of dishes such as Roasted Free-Range Chicken, Scottish Salmon Fillet cooked a la Plancha, and Acquerello Risotto with Asparagus and Parmigiano Reggiano.
Desserts created by pastry chef Ben Goh include an array of tarts, cakes and fresh fruits alongside a rich chocolate fountain.
