epicure is looking for like-minded foodies to share photos of their favourite restaurant dishes in Singapore or any part of the world. Tell us why you like the dish that you have selected and we will post your entry and photo(s) online.
Three of the best looking photos will be selected each month. The closing date for entries is on 12 February. This month’s winners will each win Senso Ristorante & Bar dining vouchers worth $200 each.
Black truffle season is upon us, and to fully appreciate the earthy gems, dine on Senso Ristorante & Bar’s three-, four- and five-course menus ($110, $144 and $198; available till 31 March) that highlight the flavours of the winter delicacy. Enjoy dishes such as Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with Shaved Black Truffle, Truffle Dressing and Frisee Salad – in which the fungus ties together the lean and fatty flavours of the meat – as well as the Homemade Taglierini Pasta with Black truffle, seasoned with aged Parmesan.
