epicure is looking for like-minded foodies to share photos of their favourite restaurant dishes in Singapore or any part of the world. Tell us why you like the dish that you have selected and we will post your entry and photos(s) online.
Three of the best looking photos will be selected each month. This month’s winners will each receive $400 Raffles Hotel Billecart-Salmon Champagne Brunch vouchers. Indulge in a lavish champagne brunch at The Raffles Hotel. The Billecart-Salmon Champagne Brunch at the Bar & Billiard Room offers an extensive medley of gourmet antipasto and hors d’oeuvres, live stations and meat carvings. Sample delights like Blinis with Aquitaine Caviar, Seared Foie Gras with Apple Passion Fruit Compote, Australian Prime Rib and Herb Dusted Rack of Lamb. End the brunch on a perfect note with tempting rows of desserts and candies. The Champagne brunch is complemented with the Billecart-Salmon non-vintage Brut Reserve, a harmonious blend of three vintages, and available from 11.30am to 3pm.
