Experience a laid-back afternoon with the Dine & Dive Brunch Buffet where chef Marcus Tan and his team will present a culinary escapade for families and friends. Tuck into an a la carte buffer featuring barbecue favourites, brunch staples and egg-citing Easter-inspired signatures. 

A delicious spread

Kick off the brunch with a refreshing bowl of Papaya Salad with Grilled Prawn; Butternut Squash Bisque; Potato Salad with Salted Egg York; Forest Mushroom Pasta with Smoked Duck; and fresh bakes including an assortment of rolls, baguettes and quiches.

Eggs are a must during Easter, so hop by the artisanal egg station and order up your style of egg – poached, scrambled, sunny-side up or however you like it. Choose from an array of accompaniments such as ham, bacon and mushrooms.

Fresh off the smokin’ hot grill, you will find the perfectly grilled Black Angus Beef Ribeye with a dash of thyme sea salt; tender Char-grilled Huli Huli Chicken marinated with sriracha; Smoky Chicken Sausages and Bratwurst; fall-off-the-bone BBQ Pork Spare Ribs; and Barramundi Fillet with Honey Miso and Roasted Garlic. 

Accompany the dishes with fresh produce harvested at One Farrer’s urban farm. This farm-to-table concept means you get farm-grown vegetables such as forest mushrooms, capsicum, asparagus, zucchini and more – perfect with grilled meats.

Easter-themed patisseries will definitely elicit plenty of oohs and aahs. Traditional Hot Cross Bun; Cheeky Chicky Carrot Cake; Bunny Green Velvety Cake; and chocolate-centric creations like the Egg Nest Chocolate Royale and Chocolate Easter Eggs are just some of the sweet treats available. Then there are innovative handmade desserts such as Candied Bacon Brownies Slab (it’s fudgy, sweet and salty at once) and Popcorn Cheesecake (crunchy on top and bursting with creamy goodness). 

Little ones (adults can join in too) will have heaps of fun at the Decor-it-yourself Cupcake Corner, designing their very own cupcakes with tri-colour whipped cream, sprinkles, assorted jellies and candies.

Dine & Dive Brunch Buffet is on Sunday, 17 April, 12pm to 3pm, at $68++ per person. Kids seven to 12 years old dine at half price. Kids six years and under dine for free. Top up $30++ for free-flow of beverages (selected alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks) for one hour. $50++ for two hours. Complimentary usage of swimming pool (maximum capacity subject to prevailing government policies).
