Local F&B brand The Arteastiq Group unveils its latest casual concept The Courtyard Of Chefs with a collaborative menu specially crafted by its expert group of chefs

Arteastiq de Patio – The Courtyard Of Chefs offers casual, modern European street-style sharing dishes, with the menu specially curated by the Group’s executive chef Yip and his team of chefs, for a relaxed meal amid comfortable interiors.

Gemelli

Pancetta Roast Pork Belly, Gemelli Parmigiana, Paccheri Beer Butter, wood-fired Al Taglio Pizza and Flattened Potatoes –there’s a lot going on at this trending eatery. Some of the drinks are also given a refreshing makeover, such as the Signature Housed Brewed Ginger Ale made using their special ginger syrup.

Al Taglio Pizza

The signature rectangular thick-crust Al Taglio Pizza is yours to compose at will with a choice of four different toppings. Choices include Pancetta Pork Belly, Burrata Bomb with proscuitto and parma ham, and Local Favourite, with crab meat, shrimps, squid and a sous vide egg with chilli crab sauce, among others.

Another signature dish is the small street eat Pancetta Roast Pork Belly with really crunchy crackling, served with classic sauerkraut and mustard. Potato lovers will like the moreish Tzatziki Fries with plant-based meat, as well as the interesting Flattened (mashed) Potatoes drizzled over with sour cream.

Tuscan Butter Salmon

For mains, choose from fish and meat options including Tuscan Butter Salmon in a creamy butter sauce, served with a sunny egg and toasted bread; classic fish & chips; ribeye or pork loin; or go for the ample pasta selection. We recommend  the Paccheri Beer Butter for al dente paccheri enrobed in a beer butter sauce, and crowned with thin slices of pan-seared pork belly slices. The beer butter sauce holds a subtle maltiness, bitterness and creaminess that makes it quite unique.

Dessert offers many options such as classic panna cotta, tiramisu, waffle French toast, gelato and crepes, but the Gelato Cremoso makes for a beautiful sweet ending too. Expect creamy homemade champagne vanilla gelato paired with mascarpone cheese and strawberries, finished with a sprinkling of cookie crumbs for texture and crunch.
