The Coach Coffee Shop, WEAVE
The Coach Coffee Shop has made its Singapore debut at 01-224 WEAVE, Resorts World Sentosa, bringing a slice of New York’s style to the island. Tucked at the front of the Coach retail store, the café’s lush green façade gives way to an industrial-chic interior with black accents, concrete walls, and a city skyline wallpaper. The menu leans into iconic American classics, from grilled cheese sandwiches to fully loaded Reuben sandwiches, plus a weekends-only classic cheeseburger. There’s also soft-serve in nostalgic combinations like peanut butter & jelly, alongside a Singapore-exclusive chili crab flavour garnished with crispy fried mantou. Coffee and specialty drinks range from hot chocolate to strawberry matcha latte, adding to the cafe’s fashion-meets-food vibe. Don’t forget to snap a photo with Lil Miss Jo, the coffee cup mascot, whose face appears on cups, napkins, and exclusive merchandise.
Maison Pierre Hermé Paris, WEAVE, RWS
Also debuting at WEAVE is French haute patisserie Pierre Herme Paris, with its first Southeast Asian flagship and its largest boutique worldwide. The space unfolds as a series of experiences: jewel-like rows of macarons, delicate pastries, and an entire counter devoted to chocolate in all its forms. There’s also the world’s first Pierre Hermé Ice Cream Bar, where flavours range from the signature Ispahan to plant-based creations, and a Bubble Tea collection that playfully marries French flavour profiles with Asian textures, infusing teas and milks with flavoured tapioca pearls. Not to be missed is the Singapore-exclusive “Trick the Eye” pastry which resembles kaya toast. Completing the experience is Table by Pierre Hermé, an elegant restaurant serving savoury fare and plated desserts like Minute Millefeuille or French waffles. For sustainable gifting, the Furoshiki Stand offers artful gift-wrapping with reusable wraps in elegant prints.
Tucked within ION Orchard, Prada Caffè is the epitome of chic, with its signature mint-green interiors and black-and-white chequered floor, a nod to the brand’s first historic boutique in Milan. Celadon Japanese porcelain, hand-blown crystal glassware, and silver-plated cutlery add to the refined setting. The new summer menu embraces light, seasonal flavours. Soft bread rolls come filled with smoked salmon, lobster, or seasonal vegetables with burrata, while all-day offerings include Salmon Gravlax with zucchini and Taggiasca olives, Burrata with vibrant beetroot carpaccio, Beef Tartare with Parmigiano shavings and capers, and Roasted Octopus with corn cream and paprika oil. At the pastry counter, order the Summer Panettone, studded with semi-candied apricots, lemon cubes, and a delicate almond glaze.
Following the success of its first outlet at LUMINE, Blue Bottle Coffee has unveiled its newest cafe at Paragon along Orchard Road. Bringing together the concept of nature and communal gathering, the modern and elegant space seamlessly blends the indoors and the outdoors, with an alfresco dining area and beautiful interiors that feature stainless steel, oak wood, and terra cotta-toned plaster. Communal tables create a space where visitors can mingle and socialise, while two-tops and benches are perfect for small gatherings over premium coffee. Espresso-based drinks and cold brews take centre stage here, alongside a range of coffee blends, pour-over selections, and the signature NOLA (New Orleans-Style Iced Coffee). If you’re looking for a bite, the Paragon Cafe has two exclusive food offerings that are made fresh in-store, namely the Liege Waffle with its crisp, caramelised crust and fluffy insides, and the refreshing Yoghurt Bowl topped with crunchy granola and fresh strawberries.
Cafe Kitsune, Jewel Changi Airport
Even if you’re not travelling, there’s a new reason to linger at Jewel Changi Airport. Café Kitsuné, the Paris-meets-Tokyo coffee lifestyle brand, has opened its second Singapore outpost here, bringing its blend of French-Japanese design and café culture to the iconic setting. Mirroring the warm minimalism of its Capitol Building flagship, the space is framed by lush greenery and draws inspiration from the ancestral Japanese house, with a cosy terrace where guests can indulge in coffee and pastries. From 9am to 5pm, the cafe serves a thoughtful brunch menu which features Jewel-only creations, such as the smoked salmon eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, and French toast. Meanwhile, sweet-toothed diners can indulge in desserts like Cafe Kitsune Singapore Shortbread, plus a variety of entremets in flavours like pandan coconut, sesame matcha and azuki, and chocolate hazelnut. For a refreshing thirst quencher, there’s the signature Jasmine Grapefruit with Sea Salt Cream and Sparkling Grapefruit Espresso. Exclusive merchandise, like tote bags, coffee mugs, and tumblers, adds to the draw for fans of the brand.
