Brimming with the natural flavours of fresh seafood is the Abundance Yu Sheng with whole abalone, lobster, scallops, coral clam, crystalline ice plant and dragon fungus, available exclusively for dine-in. Available only at Crystal Jade Group’s fine dining restaurants, this creation includes a medley of fresh and dried fruits like red dragon fruit, green mango, longan, pomelo, jackfruit dried apricot, fresh veggies like tomatoes, purple cabbage, and home-pickled vegetables. Deep-fried Hsin Chu bee hoon, walnut and yam strips lend welcome textural crunch.
