Chimichanga first launched in Little India, becoming one of Singapore’s earliest casual Sing-Mex restaurants. Known for a distinctive Singapore-inspired take on Mexican cuisine, the restaurant creatively blends Mexican spices and flavours tailored specifically to local tastes—what they affectionately term “Sing-Mex.”
Following the success of Chimichanga Little India, the brand expanded across Singapore, opening additional outlets at Marina Bay (under sister brand Chimi’s), Holland Village, Somerset, Paya Lebar, and most recently, VivoCity, which is the largest outlet yet.
Chimichanga offers a wide variety of dishes ranging from hearty classics like Burritos, Tacos, Quesadillas, and Chimichangas, to premium items such as Ribeye Steak and Lamb Cutlets. Complementing their food selection, diners can enjoy handcrafted cocktails, including the signature Frozen Margaritas and their house craft beer, Neon Donkey Cerveza.
