Goodwood Park Hotel

This year, Goodwood Park’s snowskin options lean into tropical flavours, headlined by the Double Indulgence Set, which features two additions to the usual roster. The D24 Durian Kunafa Snowskin Mooncake is the hotel’s take on the viral kunafa trend, featuring crisp, buttery kunafa, macadamia nut paste, and rich D24 durian paste, wrapped in a soft snowskin shell. The same set also includes an Avocado Gula Melaka Snow Skin Mooncake, with a light avocado mousse paired against a luscious palm sugar centre. Another new one to watch is the Pink Guava with Jambu, brimming with guava compote and studded through with crunchy fruit cubes. Order online at goodwoodparkfestive.oddle.me/en_SG
Raffles Hotel Singapore

Some things at Raffles don’t change, and the Champagne Truffle Snow-Skin Mooncake is one of them — it’s as tied to the hotel now as the Singapore Sling. Naturally, the icon returns this year for the Mid-Autumn Festival, along with a snowskin collection centred around fruity, floral, and earthy flavours. Two new additions are the Whisky & Lapsang Souchong and the Matcha & Raspberry, which balances earthy and tart notes. The returning favourites are all present too, including the Pistachio & Apricot, Yuzu & Osmathus, and Sakura & Raspberry. There’s also a small, limited run of Guojiao 1573 Baijiu Black Sesame truffle snowskin. For enquiries, call +65 6412 1122 or visit raffles.com/singapore.
JW Marriott Singapore South Beach

Whether you prefer fruity or buttery snowskin flavours, Madame Fan’s range is sure to satisfy. The Fragrant Rose Tea with Tangerine Osmanthus Truffle is the classic pick, with zesty tangerine interplaying with the subtle floral fragrance of osmanthus. For something more modern, there’s Matcha White Bean with Dark Chocolate Ganache Truffle, earthy matcha cracking open to reveal a chocolate core, and a Hazelnut Chocolate with Pistachio Truffle. For a bright and refreshing creation, go for the Mango with Passion Fruit Truffle. The all-time favourite Mao Shang Wang Mini is also available. This year, the mooncakes are packaged in a practical reusable, soft zippered bag in pastel blue, pink and tan – that doubles as a chic, multi-purpose travel and storage pouch. Carlton Hotel Singapore

Two new snowskin flavours are presented by Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant this year. The Mini Hong Kong Milk Tea Snow Skin is a tribute to Café Mosaic’s popular Hong Kong buffet, embodying the comforting flavours of authentic cha chaan teng milk tea in mooncake form. Alongside it is the Mini Baileys Cheesecake Snow Skin which blends creamy cheesecake with smooth Baileys notes. For long-time fans of the hotel’s mooncakes, the Mini Mao Shan Wang Durian is back, rich as ever. Order at the hotel’s Festive Booth located in the lobby of Carlton Hotel Singapore or online at celebrations.carltonhotel.sg/en_SG.
Xin Cuisine, Holiday Inn

The idea behind Xin Cuisine’s “Never Just a Mooncake” collection is a simple one: mooncakes are not just for enjoyment as part of the festival, but can represent milestones worth marking, such as a family reunion or a fresh start. The Poet’s Dream Box is made for gifting, framed in blush tones under a crystal-topped lid, perfect as a keepsake. Inside, two new snowskin flavours make their debut—the Orange Whiskey, its bright and citrusy notes tempered with mellow notes of whiskey and Elderflower Apple, which pairs the gentle floral fragrance of elderflower with crisp, apple sweetness. Frasers House

Man Fu Yuan at Frasers House goes local with the Nanyang Reverie Snow Skin Mooncake Selection, a quartet that pays homage to the diverse neighbourhoods of Bugis, Kampong Glam, Arab Street, and Golden Mile. The Emerald Chendol’s flavour profile is straight from the beloved traditional dessert, with red bean and gula melaka lotus paste flecked with jackfruit, held inside a pandan-infused shell. The Velvet Milk Tea, Orange & White Chocolate Truffle leans into Golden Mile’s Thai influences, with milk tea and orange settling around a soft white chocolate centre. Nanyang Charcoal Coffee and Dark Chocolate Truffle represent kopitiam culture, with deep, charcoal-roasted coffee aromas. Rounding off the collection is the Lychee Rose with Lychee Truffle, inspired by the vibrant heritage of Arab Street. Order online at manfuyuansg.com/mooncakes.
Fairmont Hotel

Fairmont Singapore’s handcrafted snowskin mooncakes feature six new flavours alongside two favourites. Each mooncake is presented in the shape of a traditional shou tao (longevity peach) and the lotus seed paste used is infused with delicate rose notes, complementing the range of fruit, tea and chocolate flavour combinations. New additions to the mooncake lineup are Dubai Chocolate Snowskin Mooncake (pistachio, kunafa crisp and white chocolate), Whisky Orange, Pandan Bliss, Yuzu Green Tea, Elderflower Apple and Osmanthus Tangerine.
