This July, Miss Fish unveils SEASONS: Summer 2026, a two-night immersive experience that blurs the boundaries between fine dining, theatrical storytelling and after-dark revelry. Taking place on 24 and 25 July 2026, the event transforms the restaurant into a fantastical realm known as the Forest of the Sea – a dreamlike landscape where underwater wonder meets the mystery of an enchanted forest.

Rather than presenting a conventional dinner or club night, SEASONS unfolds as a carefully orchestrated journey. Guests begin their evening with an exclusive eight-course tasting menu before seamlessly transitioning into an energetic celebration driven by international DJs, immersive lighting and an evolving atmosphere that changes as the night progresses. It is an experience designed not as separate chapters, but as one continuous narrative.
At the heart of the evening is a seasonal tasting menu created exclusively for the event. Inspired by the ocean’s ever-changing textures, temperatures and depths, the eight courses are conceived as a progression through contrasting flavours and sensations – from delicate to robust, cool to warm, familiar to unexpected. Rather than focusing on spectacle alone, the culinary experience tells its own story, inviting diners to explore the sea through thoughtful compositions that unfold gradually across the evening.

Complementing the menu is Under the Sea, a collection of five original cocktails inspired by different layers of the ocean. Each drink reflects a distinct underwater mood, carrying guests from the brightness of the shoreline to the mysterious depths below. Whether enjoyed alongside dinner or as the evening shifts into celebration, the cocktails extend the narrative beyond the plate and into the glass.
As twilight gives way to darkness, the ambience transforms. Lighting intensifies, music swells and Miss Fish evolves into one of Bali’s most compelling summer destinations after sunset. Across two nights, an international lineup of DJs keeps the energy alive, with Fraser Jones headlining on Friday alongside Brodie Nero and Met Musik, while Saturday welcomes SOŇADORA, joined by Boyd and Dopamine. The transition from intimate dining room to vibrant dance floor happens organically, creating an uninterrupted flow from the first course to the final track.

What distinguishes SEASONS is its refusal to separate gastronomy from entertainment. Instead, every element – from cuisine and cocktails to music, design and atmosphere – is woven into a singular immersive experience that celebrates summer through the lens of the sea. It is a concept that feels both theatrical and refined, offering guests an evening where storytelling is expressed not only through visual design, but through taste, sound and movement.
With seating intentionally limited, reservations are strongly recommended for those wishing to experience one of Bali’s most distinctive culinary events of the season. For two nights only, Miss Fish invites diners to descend beneath the surface and discover a summer unlike any other.
