Amici by Enrico Bartolini commemorated its third anniversary with an intimate evening of dining, conversation, and celebration on 28 May 2026, bringing together friends, patrons, and long-time supporters at its Seminyak home. Inspired by the symbolism of wheat and the harvest season, the celebration reflected on another year of welcoming guests through the doors of the Italian dining destination. As the Amici anniversary festivities unfolded, attendees were invited to revisit the restaurant’s journey while looking ahead to its next chapter.
Guests began arriving from 6pm, where complimentary drinks and canapés set the tone for the evening. Live music by Aldo Band filled the restaurant as attendees mingled, posed for the camera, and settled into the celebratory atmosphere. Later in the evening, General Manager Simone Gastaldi and Head Chef Alessandro D’Amico addressed the gathering, expressing gratitude for the trust and support that have sustained the restaurant over the years before cutting the anniversary cake.
“Amazing. Three years together here in Seminyak with Amici. It is an incredible day, it is an incredible occasion. We are so excited, so happy,” said Gastaldi during the celebration.
Dinner commenced at 8pm, featuring a selection of Amici’s signature dishes and guest favourites, offering a reminder of the culinary philosophy that has earned the restaurant a devoted following. Lucky draw announcements added a playful element to the evening before the celebration continued with drinks and conversations.
The Amici anniversary also served as a reflection of the restaurant’s identity. Guided by the vision of acclaimed Italian Chef Enrico Bartolini, whose portfolio holds 14 Michelin stars, the restaurant has built its reputation on a balance of authenticity, seasonality, and contemporary refinement. Homemade pastas, gourmet pizzas, premium meats, and seafood remain central to the experience, all rooted in regional Italian traditions.
