Taste the world on a plate at Greenhouse, Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore’s all day dining restaurant
A great meal abroad has a way of staying with you long after the trip ends — which is why, for many, food is often what we look forward to most when travelling. The team at Greenhouse understands this well. Its new à la carte menu reads like a collection of culinary love letters, featuring dishes inspired by journeys across continents, then brought home to Singapore to be shared at the table.

Located a short drive from Changi Airport, the restaurant’s lush environment is made for lingering lunches and convivial dinners. Overlooking one of the two 18-hole championship golf course at Laguna National Golf Resort Club, the space’s glass-panelled interiors offer lovely views of wide skies and a generous green expanse, a welcome contrast to the city’s usual tempo.
The menu is a vibrant showcase of different cuisines, from Thai street food and Eurasian heritage cooking to European bistro staples, timeless classics reinterpreted with a touch of Greenhouse soul. Start with the Yum Salmon, a piquant Thai-style salad elevated with premium sashimi-grade salmon. Paired with crisp herbs and a lively chilli dressing, it brings sweet, salty, and spicy flavours into easy harmony.

The Borscht Soup takes a Russian classic and prepares it in the Singapore-Eurasian tradition. The traditional beet base is replaced by a bright tomato broth, simmered with beef bones, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and onions, then enriched with slow-braised beef cheek. A sour cream swirl finishes it off for a light yet deeply comforting dish.
The mains selection, meanwhile, showcases how the same techniques, shaped by different cultures, can yield extraordinary results. The Confit Chicken à la King began life in New York’s grand hotel dining rooms before it was brought to Singapore, where Hainanese chefs reimagined it for British colonial tables. Greenhouse’s contemporary version honours that history with a version using silky corn-fed chicken bathed in a white wine and tarragon velouté, served with buttery rice.
The Confit Duck Rice on the other hand, draws from Teochew-Hokkien tradition, with fall-off-the-bone duck leg, rice cooked in duck fat, and a glossy master-stock glaze that gives the dish a rich depth.
For something with more heat, the Yellow Soft Shell Crab Curry channels Dusit Thani’s Thai heritage, with golden-fried crab simmered in a lemongrass and coconut milk curry that is rich without being heavy. The Pad Krapow Gai is bold and aromatic, comprising wok-seared chicken mince with garlic, chilli, and holy basil, topped with your choice of up to four crispy fried eggs.

Western delights are available too. The Scorched Bone Marrow is decadent, sprinkled with pangrattato and served alongside salsa verde and toasted focaccia, while the Truffle Pide, a boat-shaped flatbread from Turkey’s Black Sea region, comes filled with savoury, melty provolone and fontina cheese.
After dinner, Legends Bar is worth a visit. The tropical-inspired space, with its leafy greenery and warm lighting, makes for an easy transition from table to bar stool. Settle in for the Signature Cheese and Charcuterie Buffet (available Fridays to Sundays), a generous spread of premium cold cuts and artisanal cheeses served with gourmet accompaniments. On Friday evenings, ladies enjoy complimentary free-flow house red, white, and sparkling prosecco — a fitting end to any week.
