In the month of love, when romance is either stepping forward or newly unfolding, Vasa Hotel Surabaya opens its doors to the immersive Vasa Wedding Fair 2026: The Museum of Love. More than a wedding exhibition, the urban hotel invites couples into a sensory, museum-like showcase where each step is steeped in artistry and romance, tracing a story that deepens along the way.
Held in the hotel’s Grand Ballroom, Vasa Wedding Fair 2026 gathers more than 60 wedding specialists across their respective crafts. From event organisers and decorators to photographers, videographers, bridal designers, tailors and jewellers, the fair brims with inspiration and practical solutions for those shaping their dream nuptials.
Framed as a living museum, the fair unfolds through visual storytelling that visitors walk through, mirroring the journey of love. The exhibition comes alive through a breadth of collaborators celebrated for their artisanship.
“Today, weddings are no longer just about marking a moment, they are about creating an experience that lingers in memory,” shares Nabilla Humaira, senior marketing communication manager of Vasa Hotel Surabaya. “Through The Museum of Love, we wanted to reimagine a wedding fair as a curated journey, where love is experienced like art, emotional, and deeply personal. It is not only for the couple, but for families and guests who become part of the story,” she adds.
Couples step into a fairytale prelude the moment they enter the venue, a scene designed by Lasika, Nuansa and D’factory where animated LED visuals dapple sheer drapery and floors. The following chamber, Sacred Roots, marks the beginning of love through Best Decor’s botanical installations that evoke purity and grounding. As affection gathers form, Emerging Path unfolds in M2 Decor’s sculptural compositions, layered with deep burgundy florals.
The route then turns to Carved in Time, a meditation on commitment shaped by years, expressed through Sion Decor’s classically inspired statuary. From there, the mood shifts into the Hollywood-tinged Art of Desire by Steve Decor, before drifting into Whimsical Realm, a vignette of drama, elegance and shared dreams.
The journey continues into the LX Area, where visitors can craft their own animated imprints within LED displays, before passing through Boundless Form by Flos Decor, filled with lilac-and-white contemporary sculpture. The finale arrives at Blossom Eternal by Agam Decor, where traditional Chinese motifs meet modern flourishes, symbolising love in perpetual bloom.

Vasa Wedding Fair 2026 also presents grand prizes that include a pair of diamond wedding rings from Adelle Jewellery, a two-night stay at COMO Shambhala Estate, and a one-night stay in Vasa Hotel Surabaya’s Royal Suite. The programme extends to the Wedding Runway Series at Savore on the fifth floor, spotlighting Hani Tio Han Bridal and Wong Hang Tailor on 6 February from 3pm to 5pm, followed by Gale Studio by Karla Jasmina on 7 February from 4pm to 5pm.
Running from 6 to 8 February, the fair opens with a ballet performance by Belle Ballet and a live violin set by Sparkle Orchestra, setting a fitting overture to the journey of love.
