The journey begins with the “Nusantara Dinner” buffet on 23 August, showcasing a vibrant spread of traditional favorites from various regions. From earthy rendang and refreshing gado-gado to Balinese specialties and rarely seen regional dishes, each station will bring diners closer to the country’s culinary soul, accompanied by live rindik music and traditional Balinese dance.

The experience continues on 24 August with an eight-course degustation dinner, where chef Petty Elliott and chef Raymond Siek reinterpret Indonesian heritage recipes using modern techniques and elegant presentation. This exclusive dinner is designed to spark conversation around food, memory, and cultural identity.
