LITTLE FARMS

Little Farms is shining the spotlight on all things local, honouring the people and products shaping Singapore’s food culture. Capturing this spirit is a special Kerabu Risotto dish, available across all its restaurants until 31 August 2025. Inspired by Nonya heritage, the dish fuses butterfly pea-stained arborio rice with flame-grilled assam tiger prawns and house-made achar.

In stores, you’ll also find a thoughtful curation of local brands from small producers. The products reflect the flavour, creativity and care that define our local food scene — in line with Little Farms’ commitment to real food made right, free from artificial additives, preservatives or fillers.

There’s sugar-free gelato from Jammy’s, traditional keropok with a twist from Shermay’s Crackers, and bean-to-bar chocolates with bold, local flavours like oolong tea and salted egg from Fossa. Other unique offerings include Butter Days‘ small-batch flavoured butters infused with familiar Asian ingredients, and Everiday Chilli, pantry essentials made from real ingredients by a local nutritionist. To toast it all, SG65 Beer delivers a crisp, easy-drinking local brew named after Singapore’s dialling code. These products are available at: https://littlefarms.com/

First is the Japanese single malt by MARS Distillery, carefully drawn from three hand-selected casks. Each bottle features a striking label by Singaporean illustrator Lee Xin Li, whose nostalgic artwork beautifully captures Singapore’s layered history and architecture. Equally compelling is the Italian release from Samaroli, a highly regarded independent bottler, with a label inspired by the iconic Chingay Parade. Both expressions are available on https://maltwineasia.com.

MARTELL

Martell has released a once-in-a-generation 60-year-old cognac to celebrate Singapore’s 60th National Day. Just 12 bottles exist, making it one of the rarest expressions in the house’s long history and a must-have for true whisky aficionados and collectors. Martell’s relationship with Singapore dates to 1871, when its first shipment arrived at the port. Since then, the cognac has been part of everyday life, from celebratory dinners to nights out in the city’s ever evolving bar scene. Aged for more than six decades in fine oak, the blend was selected by Cellar Master Christophe Valtaud for its depth, balance and unmistakable signature from Martell’s historic cellars. The liquid comes housed in a striking Baccarat crystal decanter inspired by the Vanda Miss Joaquim, and presented in a handcrafted oak case.
