October at Amici by Enrico Bartolini in Seminyak rolls out a month-long programme, pairing new menus with hands-on classes and a Halloween twist. The line-up spans a Sicilian-inspired dish of the month, weekly cocktail classes, eight new signature drinks, a wine-led pasta session, and themed specials to close the month.

The kitchen spotlights Un Viaggio in Sicilia (“A Trip to Sicily”): Liguori fusilli with basil and pistachio pesto, finished with raw Carabineros prawn tartare for a clean contrast of nut, herb and sea. At the bar, the Cocktail of the Month, Sakura Bella, channels floral and fruit notes with Malfy Gin, sakura, cherry, citrus and orange bitters.
Every Wednesday at 7pm, Beverage Manager Dewa Buda Arsana hosts a Cocktail Class limited to ten guests. The 70-minute session includes a welcome drink, step-by-step guidance on two house cocktails, and a small take-home gift. In parallel, the team unveils eight new signature cocktails. Highlights include Over Boundaries (Japanese whisky washed with dark chocolate, artichoke water, Cynar, cherry brine and citrus), Guava Mama (guava vodka, citrus, cucumber gin and thyme), and Bianco Tartufo (white rum washed with truffle, Italicus, sweet-corn vodka and orange bitters).

Building on its popular pasta workshop, Amici adds a Wine Pairing Experience: a focused 30-minute tasting of three wines to compare how each pairing shapes the flavour of freshly made pasta.
For Halloween, October at Amici by Enrico Bartolini serves Ravioli di Zucca with amaretti crumble, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP fondue and fresh Italian black truffle. Two limited cocktails – Haunted Orchard (tequila, vermouth, clarified orchard mix, cinnamon, aromatic bitters) and Bloody Lagoon (Tennessee whiskey, Limo Aperitivo, cucumber, pineapple-chilli shrub, lime, nutmeg) – set the tone, with a vinyl DJ set by Westside Muzeeq from 9pm to round out the night.
