Ahead of the Wellness Weekend (19–21 September), the programme will introduce health-inspired desserts and drinks enriched with beneficial ingredients to enhance guests’ wellbeing.

The healthy indulgences find their home at the resort’s Tall Trees and Tabia Restaurant, where a rotating menu of rejuvenating desserts is presented each week during lunch and dinner. Guests can look forward to creamy, fluffy, and nourishing bites that carry tropical notes and familiar hints in every creation. Highlights include the Jackfruit Flan Pâte Brisée, where a buttery pâte brisée crust encases jackfruit flan, naturally rich in potassium and vitamin C. The Banana Fudge de Noir, meanwhile, offers a decadent chocolate cake with Jivara cream and banana crémeux, paired with chocolate ice cream for a creamy treat that supports heart and digestive health.

One of the desserts that highlight tropical flavour, Mango Cheesecake

For a more pronounced tropical flourish, the Graviola Silky Rose Panna Cotta combines soursop panna cotta with a delicate rose fragrance and cinnamon-spiced berry compote, bringing an antioxidant-rich and anti-inflammatory touch. Rounding out the selection, the Mango Cheesecake layers the richness of classic cheesecake with tropical mango, topped with elderflower and mint-lime zest, offering benefits for both eye and skin health.

Complementing these desserts is the Wellness Sips menu, crafted from handpicked fruits and vegetables to balance flavour with health benefits. Begin with the refreshing Sayan Green Glow, where pineapple and calamansi are elevated with spinach and natural honey, a blend that supports digestion and immunity. The Kengetan Star & Shine goes beyond its star fruit base, pairing pear and tangerine for a bright burst of vitamin C to aid hydration and strengthen immunity.

The resort also highlights its Kengetan farm harvest with the Kintamani Tropical, a smooth and sweet energy booster blending papaya, tamarillo, and honey. For those seeking a natural detox, the Beet Sensation combines beetroot, pear, apple, and celery into a sweet yet revitalising sip.

The Wellness Sips menu will be served at Tall Trees Poolside during Wellness Weekend, available from 11am to 3pm.
