The Drawing Room at The St. Regis Jakarta introduces “Bee Loved, A Royale Afternoon Tea,” a limited-time experience in collaboration with French beauty house Guerlain. Running from 22 May to 31 July 2025, the Guerlain x The St. Regis Jakarta Afternoon Tea is inspired by the regenerative qualities of Guerlain’s Abeille Royale Youth Watery Oil Serum, bringing a refined sensorial theme to the tradition of afternoon tea.
Crafted by The St. Regis Jakarta‘s executive pastry chef Kevin Lee, the menu draws from the multifaceted richness of honey. Each component nods to Guerlain’s signature ingredient—black bee honey—with highlights such as honey-roasted pear, cajuput cinnamon crisp, Java forest and trigona honey, black forest granola, and honey-pistachio crumbs. The selection of elegant sweets and savouries is served alongside raw honeycomb and freshly baked scones, paired with tea by DAMMANN Frères.
This Guerlain x The St. Regis Jakarta afternoon tea collaboration marks a shared appreciation for craftsmanship and ritual between Guerlain and St. Regis. Founded in 1828, Guerlain has long been associated with innovation in beauty through nature-derived ingredients, while the St. Regis brand carries its own legacy of refinement, shaped by the traditions of Caroline Astor.
The Bee Loved Afternoon Tea is available for Rp428,000 per person and it takes on the dual role of indulgence and narrative, where each bite is composed with intention and each flavour reflects a carefully chosen ingredient. Set within The Drawing Room’s polished interiors, the experience invites guests into a moment of calm, elegance, and storytelling through flavour.
