The Fruit de Mer is The St. Regis Bali Resort latest lunch offering. One for the seafood fans, the mouth-watering array of produce includes Fine de Claire Oysters, Bali bamboo lobster, Papua sweet prawns, crab, scallops, mussels, yellow fin tuna, Tasmanian salmon and Hamachi. The feast comes with your choice of dipping sauce and a hearty Coconut Miso Soup served with clams, tofu and seaweed. To amp up the indulgent lunch, opt for either a bottle of Rose or two hours of free-flow Champagne.
