Sprawled across 4.7 hectares, Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is not just a spacious holiday haven but a gastronomic hotspot. Foodies will be happy to know that it has launched a programme to let diners try all of the hotel’s restaurants and bars in one evening.
Restaurant Hop offers a four-course tasting menu with beverage pairing. From 5.30pm, you will be whisked away by your Neighbourhood Host to the hotel’s beachside bar and restaurant, SugarSand for a laid-back sundown session. Enjoy Nikkei-inspired snacks and the first course, a Tuna Nikkei Ceviche paired with G&T Cucumber Shiso.
As the sky darkens, your host will guide you to the Tree Bar. where you can sip on a hand-crafted signature “Balixology” cocktail such as Laklak Swizzle with a distinctive Bacardi rum-infused pandan, Arak spice liqueur, pineapple juice, coconut nectar, lime juice and soda. Linger on at this popular speakeasy for your second course.
Your final stop? Salon Bali, an intimate dining venue decked in cream coloured walls and furnished with wooden tables and chairs The elegant yet homely ambience is matched by the contemporary Balinese and Indonesian cuisine prepared by the hotel’s executive chef, Nic Philip. Savour the third course here: a choice between Market Fish and Beef Short Ribs. End the evening on a sweet note with dessert: Es Kolak.
